Bloom With Us
in Philadelphia

Sponsor and exhibitor opportunities at the first in-person CAPPA gathering since 2022 — where doulas, lactation educators, childbirth educators, and perinatal professionals come together to connect, learn, and shape what's next for birth and family care.

Reach the people who shape the most important moments of a family's life.

CAPPA — the Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association — has been certifying perinatal professionals for over two decades. Our community spans five certification pathways and tens of thousands of members and alumni: birth doulas, postpartum doulas, childbirth educators, lactation educators, and infant & family educators. They're the trusted hands and steady voices alongside families during pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum months.

The 2026 CAPPA Convening is our comeback event — the first time we've gathered in person since 2022. It's intimate by design (capped at 125 attendees), high-trust, and built for genuine connection between the people who do this work every day. Partnering with us means you're not buying ad space. You're showing up where the birth community already trusts, talks, and recommends.

Direct access to a self-selected, highly engaged audience of perinatal professionals — the people who recommend your products and services to families across the U.S.

Brand recognition across CAPPA's social media, email campaigns, member community, and on-site materials before, during, and after the Convening.

Goodwill capital from supporting CAPPA's return to in-person gathering — and from being seen alongside the organizations actively advancing the perinatal field.

A pipeline into 2027 — the full four-day CAPPA Conference returns next year. 2026 partners get first right of refusal on 2027 sponsorship at preferred pricing.

Choose the tier that matches your moment.

Every tier comes with name and logo recognition in the Convening program and a place in attendee goodie bags. Higher tiers add booth presence, ticketed access, social and email features, and on-stage visibility.

Childbirth Educators

Professionals teaching pregnancy and birth preparation classes to thousands of families annually

Lactation Educators

Feeding-support specialists working alongside IBCLCs, pediatricians, and family providers

Infant & Family Educators

Why this audience matters

01

Perinatal professionals are the most trusted referral source families turn to during pregnancy and early parenthood — they're often the deciding voice on which products a family chooses.

02

CAPPA-certified pros work across hospitals, birth centers, home birth practices, and community-based programs — your reach extends well beyond the room.

03

This is a high-engagement, in-person audience — not a passive online list. Conversations at booths turn into ongoing professional relationships.

Common questions from sponsors and vendors.

When is the deadline to confirm sponsorship?
We're accepting partners on a rolling basis until June 30, 2026, or until each tier reaches capacity — whichever comes first. The Full Bloom Presenting Sponsor is exclusive to one organization, so confirm early. Goodie bag inclusions require physical materials to arrive by July 25.
How does payment work?
You can secure your tier directly through checkout. Payment is due in full within 30 days of confirmation or by July 1, 2026. We accept ACH, check, and credit card.
Can my organization send branded swag for the goodie bag?
Yes — every tier includes goodie bag inclusion. We ask that materials be sample-sized, family-friendly, and aligned with CAPPA's mission. We'll provide shipping instructions after your sponsorship is confirmed.
Do I have to be at the Convening in person?
No. Sponsors who can't attend still receive every benefit of their tier. That said, the magic of in-person partnership is real, and we'd love to see you at the Welcome Mixer.
Are sponsorships tax-deductible?
CAPPA is a professional certification organization and not a registered 501(c)(3) charity, so sponsorships are typically classified as marketing or business development expenses. Please consult your tax advisor.
What if I want to sponsor multiple events?
CAPPA is also planning a fall 2026 virtual summit and the full four-day 2027 CAPPA Conference. We're happy to talk through multi-event partnership packages with preferred pricing. Email [email protected] to start that conversation.
Can I get a list of attendees?
We don't share attendee contact information directly, in order to protect our community's trust. However, all sponsors get visible recognition and the opportunity to collect leads at your booth.
Who do I contact with other questions?
Reach out to [email protected] with 'Convening Sponsorship' in the subject line and we'll get back to you within three business days.
