Bloom With Us
in Philadelphia
Sponsor and exhibitor opportunities at the first in-person CAPPA gathering since 2022 — where doulas, lactation educators, childbirth educators, and perinatal professionals come together to connect, learn, and shape what's next for birth and family care.
Reach the people who shape the most important moments of a family's life.
CAPPA — the Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association — has been certifying perinatal professionals for over two decades. Our community spans five certification pathways and tens of thousands of members and alumni: birth doulas, postpartum doulas, childbirth educators, lactation educators, and infant & family educators. They're the trusted hands and steady voices alongside families during pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum months.
The 2026 CAPPA Convening is our comeback event — the first time we've gathered in person since 2022. It's intimate by design (capped at 125 attendees), high-trust, and built for genuine connection between the people who do this work every day. Partnering with us means you're not buying ad space. You're showing up where the birth community already trusts, talks, and recommends.
Direct access to a self-selected, highly engaged audience of perinatal professionals — the people who recommend your products and services to families across the U.S.
Brand recognition across CAPPA's social media, email campaigns, member community, and on-site materials before, during, and after the Convening.
Goodwill capital from supporting CAPPA's return to in-person gathering — and from being seen alongside the organizations actively advancing the perinatal field.
A pipeline into 2027 — the full four-day CAPPA Conference returns next year. 2026 partners get first right of refusal on 2027 sponsorship at preferred pricing.

Want a booth? You've got three options.
Vendor presence is built into the Bouquet ($1,000), Rooted Impact ($2,000), and Full Bloom ($5,000) tiers. Each booth includes one six-foot table and two chairs, positioned in the main networking area where attendees gather between sessions, during meals, and around the Wednesday evening Welcome Mixer.
If budget is a constraint, the Bouquet Sponsor at $1,000 is your entry point. Reach out about a custom package.
Have something specific in mind? Let's build it together.
If your organization has goals that don't fit neatly into one of our four tiers, we'd love to design something custom.

- Speaker sponsorship: co-host a CAPPA-curated speaker
- Workshop sponsorship: underwrite a hands-on session
- Goodie bag exclusivity: be the only sponsor of a category
- Welcome Mixer sponsorship: kickoff front-and-center

Why this audience matters
Perinatal professionals are the most trusted referral source families turn to during pregnancy and early parenthood — they're often the deciding voice on which products a family chooses.
CAPPA-certified pros work across hospitals, birth centers, home birth practices, and community-based programs — your reach extends well beyond the room.
This is a high-engagement, in-person audience — not a passive online list. Conversations at booths turn into ongoing professional relationships.
