What happens after you secure this spot.

1. Within 24 hours — you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to our brief Sponsor Onboarding Form
2. Within 7 days of completing the form — your logo and bio go live on the Convening landing page
3. Beginning ~8 weeks before the event — your social and email features begin rolling out
4. By July 9 — your goodie bag materials should arrive at our shipping address (details in the onboarding form)
5. By July 30 — your booth is set up, your speaking session is scheduled, and your team is ready to walk into the room as the Presenting Sponsor of the 2026 CAPPA Convening.
