Payment is due within 30 days of agreement or by July 1, 2026, whichever comes first. We accept ACH, check, and card. Your invoice and payment instructions are sent within one business day of confirming your tier.
Yes. Every sponsorship tier includes goodie bag placement. Send 125 of each item to make sure every attendee gets one. Materials must arrive by July 25, 2026. Shipping details are sent after you confirm your tier.
Attendance is not required, but you'll get far more out of the partnership if you or a team member is on the ground. Rooted Impact and Full Bloom tiers include 2 complimentary tickets so you can be in the room.
CAPPA is a for-profit certifying organization, so sponsorships are not tax-deductible as charitable donations. Many sponsorships qualify as a marketing or business expense. Consult your tax advisor for specifics.
