No — the Convening is open to everyone. CAPPA members receive a discounted registration rate of $225. Not a member yet? You can join at cappa.net and then register at the member rate.

Yes. If needed, email [email protected] at least 14 days before the event (by July 16, 2026) with the name and contact information of the person taking your spot. There's no transfer fee. Refunds are not available.

Session recordings will be made available for registered attendees to revisit after the Convening. More details on access and timing will be shared closer to the event.

CEU eligibility for the Convening will be available pending CAPPA membership and certification completion requirements submitted in the Virtual Conference course during and after the conference.  More details pending. Check in the CAPPA Conference community for updates.
